Instructions for a Bad Day

“In the depth of winter, I finally learned that within me there lay an invincible summer.”
―     Albert Camus

Writing everyday has helped me see the ebb and flow of happiness, pain, fear, hope, inspiration, sadness, and suffering. I have been on a lifelong quest for happiness and afraid of those many moments that don’t oblige. How ironic that those heart breaking moments of suffering, that re-arrange who we are, stretch our ability to love and empathize far beyond anything that happiness could ever give us. We do not seek suffering, but it finds all of us.

You are not alone and another moment is right around the corner that has infinite possibilities. Peace and love to all of you.
